Richard is a retired physician and no stranger to Kauai having owned property on the island since 1976. Olga is retired from the justice system in Bristish Columbia and certainly shares a special love for Kauai.. Both of us now travel extensively but, always enjoy the serenity of Kauai to relax and unwind.
We are both are certified divers. Richard is a certified USN 1st class diver, trained in New London, Connecticut. 3000 + dives in all kinds of conditions. He was at NMRI (Naval Medical Research Institute) for 3 years doing research in multiple gas mixture diving, and then for 2 years as the M.D. in charge of medical aspects of diving and use of recompression chamber at Keyport & Bangor, Washington. He has been actively involved with scuba for more than 30 years. His medical practice involved clinical research studies for all the major pharmaceutical companies in arthritis, hypertension, lipid disorders, and migraine. He can review medical data and recommend the level of diving that you are physically able to undertake safely.
