RESERVATIONS AND INQUIRIES

CANCELLATION POLICY:  A full refund, minus a $50 surcharge, will be paid upon written notice 30 days prior to check in.  For holiday dates, a 60-day notice is required.  There are no refunds after these dates.

HOUSE POLICIES:  No smoking in any of our facilities.  Outdoor footwear shall remain outdoors.  This is an old Hawaiian tradition to be barefoot in the house.
